Theseus is a mortal man chosen by Zeus to lead the fight against the ruthless King Hyperion, who is on a rampage across Greece to obtain a weapon that can destroy humanity. The writing here is forgettable, but the actors elevate it by filling out their respective parts. Where this movie shines though is in its direction, it is impressive even considering it was all one big computer-generated backdrop so this movie is watchable if you are bored. Immortals comes to Blu-ray and DVD on March 6^th with alternate opening, two alternate endings, some behind scenes, deleted scenes, French and English audio and Spanish and English subtitles. Two thumbs up!
