During 143 Minutes and from director Bryan returns with X-MEN: APOCALYPSE. Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible.
Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the help of Professor X (James McAvoy) must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction. This film is beyond awesome, many characters of this movie in their mutant form were well performed nothing less from Jennifer Lawrence. All the characters have their brighter, funner, more optimistic tone and powerful personalities. In fact Apocalypse, is the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe and Oscar Isaac gives an outstanding performance as the mutant menace: Apocalypse, he was the highlight of the film right next to Fassbender’s Magneto and many action sequences and are very well played visuals full of innovation and surprising in the way the film goes about its destruction. In general the X-Men movies, including the first two, are not boring so definitely and the truth if the matter is, marvel has nailed the visual artistic look of the characters they adapt. Even some of the scenes are ripped directly from the comic book page.
