Rob McClure (Daniel Hillard) and Maggie Lakis (Miranda Hillard) bright together in “Mrs. Doubtfire,” in Los Angeles, CA. Hollywood Pantages Theatre is the scenario for a play full of comedy and great performers in particular with hand puppets; dozens of dizzyingly fast costume changes.  A musical play where creators made an adaptation of an adaptation, since the screenplay was based on Anne Fine’s novel Alias Madame Doubtfire. The restaurant scene was epic due to the acts, Spanish music, and comic situation where the main character showed vocal quality and great talent in dancing. Definitely, all the cast members are the best because all are putting family above all else in both challenging times and good times. The best part for some spectators is the puppets and voice changes of Rob and the main message of parenthood because Mrs. Doubtfire teaches Daniel as main role more than he bargained for about how to be a father. Definitely, is a play full of strong dances elements within a satirical context that keeps the energy very high so Los Angeles might feel proud of being part of a live musical with a great cultural progress. Highly recommended for all ages in this season!
