First-Ever In-Person Fundraising Walk at the Los Angeles Zoo to Support Wildlife & Wild Place

The nonprofit Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association (GLAZA) is launching its first-ever in-person fundraising walk—Walk for the Wild Presented by Skechers—on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023 and check-in opens at 6:00 a.m. and the walk begins promptly at 7:30 a.m. Guess might be able to support the Los Angeles Zoo and GLAZA’s shared mission. The adventure begins the moment one registers as a Walker, wherein they will learn about the L.A. Zoo’s conservation work and its efforts to save threatened species around the globe.

The proceeds raised from this event benefit the Los Angeles Zoo and its nonprofit partner the Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association (GLAZA). In partnership, the L.A. Zoo and GLAZA are committed to preserving and protecting wild species and their habitat for future generations, and creating a space for meaningful, direct connections to nature through exploration, discovery, and education.
