Baroness Thatcher dies

Margaret Thatcher, the former U.K. prime minister who helped end the Cold War and transformed Britain and inspired conservatives around the world by radically rolling back the state during her 11 years in power. She was known as the “Iron Lady” for her uncompromising style, died today. She was 87.
