I Am Happiness on Earth (Yo soy la felicidad de este mundo) by Mexican filmmaker Julián Hernández comes with a well structured cast by Hugo Catalán,Emiliano Arenales Osorio and Emilio von Sternerfels, beyond the point Julián mixes the objective reality with the processes of the artistic creation. The story centralizes in a group of male dancers, recording their defined, tight bodies in strong, energetic movements and soon forms an impassioned relationship with one of his subjects. Although the relationship is emotional, erotic and intense, Emiliano finds it impossible to remain faithful and enters into a series of sexual encounters with handsome street hustlers. Octavio, a wounded dancer but he refuses to acknowledge their relationship and is against gay marriage. Sometimes the characters dance through their roles and as they do, something magical happens to the viewer but there are another strong scenes full of sexual cores and nudity that would be justify if he power of betrayal and the melancholia in the main characters were more real. Even there is poetic romance; the real meaning is sad and tragic for the main characters in their lives. The exploration of the lack of love, sex, creativity, makes the result more controversial and clueless of the main Director’s message. As a viewer of independent movies this is the first time that I can’t defend a movie despite of all the stylistic elements that would have made it very well structured in the story.

Somos Marie Pepa is a film with elements such as love, family and adolescence; a weird age, full of doubts, and desolation. This story is showing through Alex, a 16 year old teenager living with his grandma has various plans to occupy himself during the summer: writing a new song with his rock band, finding a job and having his first sexual experience and his gradma is essential part of his life.
The essence is in the music with several old bands of 60,70 and 80’s like the Beatles and Alex contemplates his future as a rock star and as typical adolescent-male summer plans involves his life in a sweaty, urgent, beautifully honest bliss out. Obviously many characters are full of dreams and certain comedy in real life situations and desire, and camaraderie—give way to reality. Even all the Alex’s friends are part of a punk-rock wannabes from Guadalajara their friendship, he realizes that adult life isn’t necessarily all that it’s made out to be and the film’s portrait of the Mexican middle class mostly lacks any hope of progress in his future. It is directed by Director Samuel Kishi Leopo and Alejandro Gallardo, Arnold Ramirez, Rafael Andrade Munoz, Moises Galindo, Jaime Miranda, Petra Iniguez Robles.
A new Evil Dead comes with The Damned

The Damned is a movie with certain possessive haunter. The story begins with an American (Facinelli), widowed from his Colombia-born wife, who flies to Bogota with his new fiancée (Myles) to retrieve his rebellious teenage daughter Jill (Ramos). After a car accident leaves them stranded in a rundown isolated inn, they discover the old innkeeper has locked a young girl in the basement and their decision to set her free has unintended consequences. Even the plot and sequences of each scene is very predictable, it has many elements so visually is sickening and scared and the characters can’t go anywhere without being haunted, kidnapped, lost, or attacked. The purpose of scares is very well structured with some dialogues that are helped with an old spooky house. Definitely the cast is really talented where Nathalia Ramos is a part of it. She’s an amazing actress and Peter Facinelli is a great actor as well and the spectator will enjoy it during August in many movie theaters in USA.

Robin Williams hanged himself with a belt so as a result of death by asphyxia. According to many speculations this great actor had to deal with depression and maybe he thought about ending his life multiply times particularly for sensitive people like him who probably was in a hopeless situation and that things will never improve (in the concept of reality). The repetitive thoughts, over and over for years, It’s not logical but is real and one day Robin Williams had to make a decision. One day he said that the one thing worse than being alone is being with people who make you feel alone. Unfortunately, a talented actor had a tragic end despite of being full of life. Watching him in interviews seemed more upbeat person, maniac but funny, zany, irreverent, all good words to describe him. He was perhaps the best performer of all times and Hollywood will never have inspiration like his humor, movies and everything he touched. Rest in peace Robin!
