With a fabulous production that comes to the Southland. A cast of world-class skaters brings your favorite moments from Disney•Pixar’s BRAVE, Tangled, The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast to life in a musical showcase that features the hottest tunes and talent from across the kingdom.
Jam to a Scottish jig as a group of royal contenders from the Academy Award-winning Disney•Pixar film, BRAVE, competes to win the heart of adventurous, sharp-shooting Merida, making her on-ice debut!
Experience a show-stopping performance as Sebastian breaks out of his shell for one night only to make waves with Ariel. A chorus of harmless hooligans from Tangled unleashes musical mayhem when they get a visit from the sassy and spirited Rapunzel and her charming ally Flynn. And, get your feet moving as the Beast and his castle’s enchanted entourage take center stage in a spectacular show for Belle.
This show was absolutely fabulous with professional production and amazing skaters who did a great job with their talent. The costumes were gorgeous and the actors were top notch. Disney fans of all ages will enjoy but particularly elementary aged girls. The story lines are heavy on the princesses and bring the necklines up a few inches on the costumes and the quality of sound and wardrobe was awesome. Definitely recommend seeing this show from December 11th to 15th at Staples Center of Los Angeles, CA.
“More Than Honey” will give a sweet taste of a realistic documentary
Review by Jenny Alvarez
– Kino Lorber is part of the critically acclaimed documentary version narrated by Oscar®-nominated actor John Hurt (Alien, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows).
The original theatrical version (with narration in German) is only available through the film’s official website.
Born into a family of beekeepers, Oscar®-nominated director Markus Imhoof (The Boart is Full) tackles the vexing issue of why bees, worldwide, are facing extinction. With the tenacity of a man out to solve a world-class mystery, he investigates this global phenomenon, from California to Switzerland, China and Australia.
More Than Honey Exquisite macro-photography of the bees in flight and in their hives (on a par with the brilliant cinematography of Microcosmos) reveals a fascinating, complex world in crisis. This is a haunting and lyrical film that raises questions of species survival in philosophical, as well as apiary, terms.
The relationship between mankind and honeybees, about nature and about our future is in risk. Honeybees show us that stability is just as unhealthy as unlimited growth that crises and disasters are triggering evolution and that salvation sometimes comes from a completely unexpected direction.
The cinematography, by Jörg Jeshel, is spectacularly and free from polemics, but it is an alarming call to action and is full of passion, sincerity and intelligence make it a worthwhile contribution to a situation baffling the scientific and bee-keeping communities.
Britain's Queen Elizabeth born privileged, frugal and ungenerous

She was so incensed with royal police officers eating nuts from bowls left out in the corridors of Buckingham Palace that she drew lines on the sides in a bid to catch them out, a London court. Unfortunately this doesn’t look very nice and giving person and is unclear why the British continue to support the Queen. Each one of these staff members, guards etc have worked for her Majesty for probably years being loyal royal employees and if she cannot treat them to some nuts then maybe it is time for the Royal family to go.
