Kim Jong Il died and North Koreans suffer for their President

By GalaTView Staff

After years of speculation about Kim Jong Il’s declining health, North Korean television has reported that the leader has passed away. He was 69.

For South Koreans, Kim Jong Il’s sudden death drove home an unsettling disparity between them and their neighbors — a gap that could spark turmoil, if an unstable North Korea were to collapse. At this point, some in Seoul say, North and South Korea hold nothing in common but a language.

Now, nobody knows how to stay the relationship between the U.S. and North Korea if Kim Jong Il’s son would be the next President.

As a died-in-the-wool Sherlockian, Sherlock Holmes A Game of Shadows

By Jenny Alvarez

GalaTView Staff

Sherlock Holmes has always been the smartest man in the room… until now. There is a new criminal mastermind at large – Professor Moriarty – and not only is he Holmes’ intellectual equal, but his capacity for evil, coupled with a complete lack of conscience, may actually give him an advantage over the renowned detective. However, some characters spoke too quickly and scenes would flash by to fast, but between Robert Downey’s performance, the humorous winks, and the great visual and especially sound effects, Guy Ritchie won again with his creativity in many special effects of this film.

On the other hand, Sherlock almost died in a scene with his enemy but he shows us even that cleverly camouflaged in a suit and reappearing some it sounds a bit illogical after a scene unquestionably dangerous, so the enemy dies? Is a response we will not know until there is possibly a third part and the question is? Are you being willing to see it?

Let The Countdown begins with New Year’s Eve

New Year’s Eve” celebrates love, hope, forgiveness, second chances and fresh starts, in the intertwining stories told amidst the pulse and promise of New York City on the most dazzling night of the year.

By Jenny Álvarez, Angie González and Alfonso De Elías

In an interview of GalaTView some members of this cast said:

Hilary Swank (Claire Morgan): “The next best thing to find out where to spend the New Year, but it always ended up in a car saying “Happy New.”

“In a comedy and they were working for it for about 3 weeks and when I started it began with DInero and dramatic stuff. I go in with Halley Berry and feel like the outsider and unfamiliar with the crew and trying to get a sense before I work, Robert is in the bed and I hear his method, he is working on his method, I don’t want to get into anyone’s way. He just his eyes and I’m thinking and were connecting with method. Were getting into the mode of father daughter and next thing you know he says does anyone have coffee. I though oh my God, he was sleeping, this was not a part of his method. Working with him was an absolute highlight for me.”

“I stopped trying to chase and learned that the perfect place is to be with your loved ones and learned what things need to change and the never make it to midnight.”

Michelle Pfeiffer (Ingrid): “Riding a motorcycle was something that I never actually drove it, the element was a challenge. Paaparraza was out in full force, Gary was constantly talking, just us overall and very comforting. It is what I love acting, disappearing and the role. It intrigues me and allows me to figure out who is this woman who lives in NYC.”

“I also got a kiss with Zac Effreon. Though I am older and do not have anything negative to say about Zac, there is nothing. He is wonderful with a very impressive cast. Zac and I started talking and it was a blast. I had so much fun. He is very collaborative and talented. He never wanted to disappoint anyone. Great guy! A great New Year at 9pm, well..I like to watch the ball drop in my PJ’s with wine and pie and stopped stetting those unrealistic expectations many years ago. I said Gary this woman has been living in New York for 30 years and has never been to these places, but I am much like her. I am much like the character.”

“A New Year gives you a better chance to be a better person and to forgive, love more, essentially that is life in a nut shell and thankful that they thought of me in this role.”

Zac Efron (Paul): “A few years ago, I did hairspray and I had a huge crush on her!  I was very bashful and would put my foot in my mouth. I didn’t know what to do I was very shy. She said I think we should push it to the next level; I was like I’m in! it was lovely working with her every second. What happens in a relationship is that you fall in love and realize that there is much more than partying.”

Lea Michele (Elise): “Zac in an elevator with him for two weeks, which was awesome and he is hilarious. I got punched a couple of times. I had no idea what he would say because I had no idea what was going on with the world. We had so much fun.”

“ I did not intend to do a film where I sing, sang so much in my show but when I read this script, I knew it was a perfect film and got to be a backup singer for Glee and Bon Jovi. It was a perfect film and fits. It was a no brainer. I’m from New York and did Times Square and New Yorkers have a special doing where they run in central park for 5 miles. Very exhausting!”

Josh Duhamel (Sam): “There is so many people in a film like this, so you want to go in and do your best work. There were a few takes where she played a frisky character. I worked with Larry Miller, Hilary, and they were interesting characters.”

Hector Elizondo (Kominsky):” I had a lousy New Year and expected the best. I was a Musician and played all types of music, conga, timber, had a beautiful group. New Years Eve was a huge gig and people paid $50. We played our best tones and people just starred and then we played conga music and people danced.”

Gary Marshall, Director/Producer: “With different times and startling that they can all act as it turns out (people laugh) I have worked for some actors before and some for the first time.” Big film makers that love stars and want to say that they broke into film… we dumped confetti on Hilary and had a great time… The great thing about Film Making we do films that were done in the past, but we do it again. We had a great team and makes the actors come together where no one is fighting.”

Finally the main message of this movie never is too late to change as New Year is, New life.

Los Ángeles is making few arrests at occupy LA Encampment (Breaking News)

Los Angeles, CA- Police have moved in on the Occupy Los Angeles encampment at City Hall and arrested  few protesters who defied an eviction notice.

Officers began a raid on the camp early Wednesday, two days after a deadline passed for protesters to clear out. American Police encouraged  similar actions  in many states in The United States, so many protesters placed outside City Hall. GalaTView has observed that police have arrested people peacefully and all the police operation was very well organized.

Police from LA have removed protesters and according to some police sources all the arrested people won’t pay over $100 in their bails so most of the arrests were peacefully under protection of many civil rights.

The Los Angeles encampment is one of the largest still remaining in the country and it is a movement against economic disparity and perceived corporate greed began with Occupy Wall Street in Manhattan two months ago.
