Jackson Trial Continues (Day 11)

In trial today was Dr. Nader Kamangar who is a sleep and pulmonary expert, he stated that Dr. Murray’s decision not to call 911 when he noticed Michael Jackson wasn’t breathing was “an extreme and unconscionable deviation of the standard of care”.
Several others testified similar arguments that Dr. Murray should have used protocol and called for help immediately. Dr. Alon Steinberg, a cardiologist, took the stand and stated that Murray neglected using medical standards of care “it’s like leaving a baby that’s sleeping on your kitchen countertop,” Steinberg said. “There’s a very small chance the baby could fall over, or wake up and grab a knife or something”.
If Murray is convicted guilty Murray could spend four years in a California prison and lose his medical license.

MJ Trial is Back (Day 10)

The trial continued when prosecutors played the 45 minute L.A.P.D interview with Dr. Conrad Murray. Emotions grew as Dr. Murray described Michael’s daughter crying, “I won’t see my daddy”.
Dr. Christopher Rogers testified about the cause of Jackson’s death, which he ruled as homicide because of propofol intoxication in combination with other sleep inducing medications.
Dr. Rogers also stated that care for the patient who was under the influence was not met. The “care for administering propofol was not met, because the recommended equipment for patient monitoring, precision dosing, and resuscitation was not present” CNN reports.

Paul McCartney marries again!!!

By: GalaTView staff

It is the third marriage for the 69-year old musician, Paul McCartney one of the formers of the famous band of The Beatles and the second one for Nancy, 51, a businesswoman of her own  trucking company.

The couple chose for the ceremony the Old Marylebone Town Hall in London, where Sir Paul married his first wife Linda in 1969. The date of the wedding coincided with the 71th anniversary of another legendary member of the Four, John Lennon.

Apart from the 200 fans and photographers that gathered outside the central London register office, another living ex-Beatle, Ringo Starr also arrived at the venue. McCartney’s fashion-designer daughter Stella, who is believed to have good relationship with Shevell, made the wedding dress and helped to create the three-course organic vegetarian menu. McCartney plans to sing a wedding serenade, created especially for his sweetheart, along with the Beatles famous hit, Let It Be.

Sir Paul had been married to Linda McCartney from 1969 until her death from breast cancer in 1998. His second marriage with a former model and philanthropist, Heather Mills, ended up in 2008 with an acrimonious split-up when Paul paid about $50 million in a divorce settlement to Mills.
